CleanSweep AZ provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Sumqayit, Azerbaijan and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Deep cleaning
• Specialized cleaning services

3. Booking and Scheduling

All service bookings must be confirmed by CleanSweep AZ. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time and date.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the cleaning requirements
• Ensure safe access to the property and all areas to be cleaned
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
• Inform us of any pets, hazardous materials, or special conditions
• Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning
• Be present or arrange access to the property at the scheduled time

7. Our Responsibilities

CleanSweep AZ commits to:

• Provide professional and reliable cleaning services
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
• Respect your property and privacy
• Employ trained and trustworthy staff
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

8. Liability and Insurance

• We maintain liability insurance for damages that may occur during our services
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to items not disclosed prior to service

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional charge.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our staff are required to maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CleanSweep AZ and is protected by copyright laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanSweep AZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sumqayit, Azerbaijan.
